| 内容介绍 : | Liu Hai works diligently as a lumberjack to provide for his blind mother. Whilst on a spiritual retreat in the mountains, Fox Spirit Xiuying and her eight sisters chance on Liu; Xiuying at once takes a fancy to Liu. Stone Taoist covets the golden bead inside Xiuying's body which will impart on him a thousand years of spiritual puissance, but his scheme is thwarted by Eldest Sister. The episode spells the beginning of a bitter feud with the sisters. The lovers are tied in matrimonial alliance by Eldest Sister who also restores eyesight to Liu's mother. Relentless, the Taoist attacks Xiuying with slander and sets fire to their house. To extinguish the raging blaze, Xiuying coughs up the bead which drains all the strength of her body, leaving her no choice but to tell the truth to cast away all doubt. Liu wrestles the Taoist, subduing the devil to retrieve the pearl to save his wife. Xiuying makes a full recovery, and marital bliss is restored. (Quoted from DVD cover) |
