| 内容介绍 : | Star trumpeter Paul Hu gambles his life away. To make things worse, the money which his wife so painstakingly saved up for her childbirth is stolen. Wrapping his son Baobao in his arms, Paul chases after the thief in vain and decides to throw himself away. He leaves his band for money and gives himself away to a courtesan. Baobao is introduced to the stage by the musician Sun Shanren but the conscience-stricken father pawns his trumpet to bail him out. When Paul runs into the thief, who confesses that the money stolen was used to treat a needy relative, he doesn't have the heart to turn him in. Sun and band mates redeem the trumpet for him so that he can play again. (Quoted from DVD cover) |
