| 内容介绍 : | Debt-ridden To Kuen-ming is forced to work as a maidservant at the affluent Sin household in the village. To is humiliated by Wah Sau-fung, a relative of the Sins, and only barely escapes the sexual assault of the young master Tai-hei. To and her lover Lau Sing-yam flee to the city where they get married. Wah and Tai-hei also leave to seek their fortune in the city following the decline of their family. Lau returns a lost article to a jewellery merchant, who accords his integrity by appointing him to a key position in his company. He finds success and fame in just a few years' time. Wah and Tai-hei conspire to extort money from Lau and sow discord between the couple. Believing in their slander, a perturbed To leaves home with their daughter. Lau vows to expose their conspiracy.
