| 内容介绍 : | On behalf of the royal butler Lau Kan , Yau Hung enlists the service of fellow disciple Wong Chen-keung to deliver a consignment of gold bars. Wong catches wind of Yau's scheme to intercept the convoy and has the gold swapped over but is critically wounded in the operations. Yau tracks down Wong's wife Kong Sau-mui and pressures her to disclose the whereabouts of the consignment. Kong, distraught by the presumed death of her husband and having lost sight of her daughter Siu-mui in the chaos, casts herself down the cliff. Siu-mui is adopted by Taoist Sung Shan, who gives her the name Red Butterfly. One day, Red Butterfly finally comes to grip with her family tragedy and sets off to avenge the death of her parents in the company of senior disciple Ah Fei. The chivalrous duo protect the weak and poor from oppression along their path and respectively chance on Kong, who was rescued from her attempted suicide, and Wong, who has joined the ranks of bandits. But the couple fail to recognise their daughter. Kong infiltrates the royal court posing as a songstress and escapes the clutches of Yau with the help from Ah Fei but fails to keep Red Butterfly from falling into a booby trap...(Continued in the Concluding Episode.)
