| 内容介绍 : | Lee Tak-cheong and his loving wife Lau Yuk-neung raise a daughter Yim-yee. Man-do, Tak-cheong's cousin, nurses a grudge against the couple for his unrequited love for Lau and schemes to murder the husband while he is doing business away from home. Still Yuk-neung refuses to yield. A revengeful Man-do accuses her of committing adultery with one of their employees with whom she plotted the murder of her husband. Man-do colludes with a corrupt official to extort confession from the two wrongly accused. With her mother locked behind bars, Yim-yee is subject to the ill treatment of Man-do and his mother until Tak-cheong's spirit appears to instruct her to lodge an appeal with Judge Bao. Still a conviction is impossible without sufficient evidence. Tak-cheong sows discords between Man-do and his mother in pressing her to reveal the truth. Judge Bao gives harsh sentence on the guilty and redresses the wrong done to the innocent. ( Quoted from DVD cover) |
