| 内容介绍 : | The Koo brothers Tsi-ming and Tsi-cheung are praised for their benevolent acts. One day, Tsi-cheung comes to the help of the destitute woman To Kuen-hung and romance quickly blossoms into love and the marriage pledge. But the newlyweds are ripped out of their happy nuptials by a false murder accusation which leads to the groom's arrest. Tsi-ming's wife Pak Mei-neung pins the blame on To and banishes her to the firewood shed. To suffers complications during labour and is buried alive by Pak who fabricates the news of her death. The mother expires soon after giving birth to a son in the coffin, but her spirit is summoned back by the compassionate Goddess of Mercy to take care of the newborn. Tsi-cheung returns home upon Tsi-ming's lobby for his release. The Goddess of Mercy again empowers the spirit of To to wreck Pak's heartless murder-for-money scheme, confronting the startled murderer who loses her foothold and drowns in the river. The Goddess resurrects To from death and brings the shattered family back together . |
