内容介绍 :	Orphan girl Sit Mei-kuen offers to save Suen Pak- ling, a total stranger, from the abduction plans hatched by her uncle, which leads to her own expulsion together with her brother. The siblings lodge with their maternal aunt in the city while Sit tracks down her fiance Cheung Yau-shing, who unknown to her, works in the same factory as Suen. The manager Luk Kam-pui, who stops at little to win Suen's affection, wants to make a star singer of her and assigns Cheung to tend to her mother's funeral. Rising to fame overnight, Suen falls in love with Cheung and encourages him to start up a company with her money. The odd twists and turns of fate lead Sit to work as a maid at Suen's where she reunites with Cheung, who has long believed in the uncle's lie of her death . Feeling ill at ease with their rekindled love, Suen presses Sit to leave the man for the sake of his future. It finally dawns on Suen to withdraw when she retrieves from Sit's luggage a feather fan bequeathed by her late mother to their benefactor, Sit . (Quoted from DVD cover)
