内容介绍 :	Dingxiang's father Zhongren marries Wang Yujiao as his second wife. The malicious Yujiao, like Dingxiang's uncle Zhongyi, treats Dingxian harshly. She collaborates with Zhongyi to force Dingxiang to forsake her lover Wang Yiping and marry an old rich man from Southeast Asia. Dingxiang runs away and seeks shelter at Yiping's home, with the conspirators in hot pursuit. They bring both force and reason to bear on the lovers, but the lovers remain steadfast. Zhongren, who has been a meek and submissive husband all along, announces his intention for Dingxiang to choose the marriage partner she desires. The lovers are overjoyed.
