内容介绍 :	Widow Peony Bai becomes a social butterfly in order to raise her daughter Xiaoqing. When Peony falls ill, she is nursed back to health by Xiaoqing's music teacher Fang Ming'en. Nonetheless, their marriage plan is opposed by Xiaoqing and Fang's mother. Fang is sacked. Grief- stricken, Peony leaves Fang to resume her old trade. Peony suffers a relapse, and on her deathbed, she finally gains the understanding of all.
