内容介绍 :	A group of intellectual exiles from the mainland settle in a ghetto and sustain by mutual dependence. Wang Liang's mission is to help Pan Lingxian break off from prostitution, but his kind intention has inflamed lover Li Man, who turns her back on him. Pan selflessly rescues the inhabitants in a fierce fire and suffers a fatal injury. Before she expires, Pan urges Li to make up with Wang and encourages the inhabitants to become united.
