内容介绍 :	A muddled village chief mistakes street performer Lui Yat-ming for an inspector general dispatched by the government and organises an elaborate welcoming party for him. When the real inspector general turns up, the villagers think that he is an impostor and incarcerates him. Lui runs away with a huge sum of bribe money, creating big troubles for the villagers.
