内容介绍 :	An eagerly awaited new work following the wide international acclaim earned by Nowhere Man, his first work. One point of uniqueness of this film is its portrayal of firefighters as its heroes, while nonetheless being set in a town where no fire has occurred for 18 years. A woman happens to appear in this quiet town where nothing ever happens, and the story begins. The tale is primarily a love story involving this heroine and two of the firefighters, but by carefully delineating the peripheral characters. Takenaka imbues this work with an appearance that could perhaps be termed a group performance. Takenaka's touch as the author pervades every aspect of this film - examples are the scenery which is present-day yet evokes a longing for the past, and the viewpoint of the dramatist in the scrutiny of the characters which appear. Special mention must also be made of the marvelous Kyoka Suzuki as the heroine. Needless to say, the main staff - exactly the same as for Nowhere man - has demonstrated a high level of technical sophistication. (Quoted from VCD cover)
