内容介绍 :	Since the death of her father, the concubine's daughter Liang Danwei has been terrorised by her bullying half-siblings and forced to quit school. Classmate Zheng Yinghao gives her private tuition to help her catch up with schoolwork. Danwei's brother Shijie is keen to match her with the wealthy suitor Louis Wu in order to solicit his investment in a business deal. At first flattered by his attentiveness, Danwei is taken away by his impudent conduct and blows the deal for her brother. Shijie manages to coax her to accept the suit on the pretext of clearing the mountain of debts incurred by the late father. The truth dawns on Danwei during a row between her half-siblings over the big fat cheque. She tears up the cheque and leaves home with her mother to start a new life with Zheng.
