内容介绍 :	Zhang Dacui and Meng Biao fall in love amid the deadly family feud between the Zhang and Meng clans over the right to their native river. Yan Hu is infuriated by his cousin Yinzi's marriage with Biao's brother Xiong and commits crimes in a jealous rage. Escaping from prison, Yan fires a gun at Biao in the dark when the latter is due to meet Dacui across the river. Dacui sends her sister to dispatch the message of their father's closure of the water gate and the death penalty imposed on trespassers. Learning Yinzi’s infatuation with Biao and her mistaken marriage with Xiong, Yan seizes the classified letter and provokes Yinzi into stirring up enmity and wrath between the two clans and laying explosives along the water gate against the Mengs. Realising his conspiracy, Dacui teams up with Yinzi to prevent further bloodshed. Yan ignites the explosives and aims his gun at Xiong, but Yinzhi takes the bullet meant for him. Yan is at last shot dead by Xiong, which brings about the reconciliation of the two bitter, warring families. (Quoted from DVD cover)
