内容介绍 :	On November 13, 1908, the Empress Dowager summoned the 3-year old Pu Yi to court for being educated to become the future emperor of the Qing Dynasty. On the next day, the then reigning yet powerless emperor Guangxu died. One day later, the Empress Dowager hefself died too. Obviously the tedious ceremony of coronation was too much for a 3-year old toddler. Puffed up in the dragon seat. Pu Yi kept cring for a pee. His father had to comfort him by saying, 'It'll be over soon.' Indeed it was over , very soon. Three years later, the Qing Empire came to an end. And so did Pu Yi's reign. The fallen throne was still a temptation though was still a temptation though to people of a lesser heritage. Yuan Shikai crowned himself king, only to be overthrown sooner than the Qings. A royalist tried to put Pu Yi back on the dragon seat. But young Pu Yi, twice made king by now, was tired of being locked up in the Forbidden City and tried to break away from the ' Yellow Ring' (the Royal Court). In an effort to calm the restless young king, empresses and dowagers of the fallen court arranged for Pu Yi a royal wedding of extravaganza and hilarity. The king finally left the 'Yellow Ring' in 1924. Only this time, he was forced out of the palace. A general, Feng Yuxiang, directed the fiasco of the last empire of China.
