内容介绍 :	A boring afternoon. A common boy. A story tat happens everywhere someday and somehow. No One Control got the same name with the phone-in programme of Commerical Radio which public could freely express their views and words in the air. The main role was a boy with no home, no sex and no identity, while the tram represented old fashion and low speed. The story is about the experience of the boy after he took a tram trip in one afternoon. The tram is streaming along in the city, however, it would not lose its track. Meanwhile, the runaway youth walking along the streets, giving a cool eye to society. The collision between the new and the old culture compromises with the controversial problems. The story attempts to show the indifference and selfishness of the new generation.
备注 :	Director's Note : Liang Chi-chao used to take novel seriously and said that "if you want to reform a country, reform the novel first" But nowadays, I think it is not necessarily true People are looking for somehting about visual That's why I love drama and film as tong Dick-sing's syaing, "only the good film or drama could last forever" As for me, the production of No One Control is a memorable experience Althought the equipments are simple I've only got a Hi-8 camera, a 2 in 1 TV set and a recorder Besides, there are script writing, direcitng, acting, cinematographing, editing and sound-mixing by one man It's actually a "one man show" Frankly speaking, the quality of the video may be an obstacle to watch The ida of the film came from a programme of Commerical Radio which has the same name but was replaced at the moment unfortunately
