内容介绍 :	On Guadalcanal, Marine sergeant Tom Sloan witness the deliberate murder of another Marine by glory-hunting Lt. Joel Brady. Because it is his word against the officer's, Tom keeps quiet. Promoted and on leave, Tom falls in love with Ruth Campbell, who had been widowed by Brady, and he finds Brady newly-wed to Ruth's sister, Paula Nelson. Brady dies on the Tarawa beachhead in an unexpected, suicidal action which helps the Marines take the island. General Nathan Keller plans to put Brady's name in for a Medal of Honor, Tom says he knows nothing about his fellow-officer (Quoted from Handbill).
