内容介绍 :	Wong Tso-fun is a musician married to a famous singer Lee Yee-bing. The couple hosts a radio programme. One day, they meet Red Rose, a retired songstress, and become good friends. Knowing that they cannot bear any children, Tso-fun and Yee-bing adopt Siu-hung, an orphan girl. Devoting all her time taking care of the daughter, Yee-bing begins to pay little attention to her husband. When Tso-fun makes a complaint, Yee-bing protests and refuses to sing on the radio programme. Tso-fun has to urgently find a replacement, and turn to Red Rose for help. Tso-fun later learns that Red Rose had a daughter given to an orphanage after being raped by a bureaucrat ten years ago. Tso-fun expresses his sympathy for Red Rose. After a quarrel with his wife, an upset and drunken Tso-fun goes to Red Rose's apartment. A liaison occurs which leads to Red Rose becoming pregnant. Tso-fun is chastened, and confesses to his wife. An indignant Yee-bing goes to see Red Rose but it is Red Rose who accuses Yee-bing of neglecting her husband, and souring their relationship. When Siu-hung also confronts Red Rose and argues with her, she finds out that Red Rose is her blood mother. Finally, Red Rose decides to go away, after entreating Yee-bing to look after Siu-hung and the new-born baby. (Extracted from the film brochure.)
