内容介绍 :	Hung Tak-kim has bequeathed a fortune from his dead parents, but he can only claim the fortune after he marries. Tak-kim's fiancee is his cousin Kit-ying, who has a twin sister, Kit-wah. The lovers are separated two years ago as they flee from wartime chaos and it is not yet known whether Kit-ying is still alive. Tak-kim is thus pressured by his two aunts to marry Kit-wah, but he wants to wait for Kit-ying to come back to him. One day, Tak-kim sees a newspaper photograph of a songstress Pak Chui-lin, who looks exactly the same as Kit- ying. Tak-kim goes to a restaurant to meet Chui-lin but to his disappointment, it is only Chui-lin's appearance that resembles his lover. The elder aunt pretends to be ill in order to force Tak-kim to marry Kit-wah and claim the fortune. Instead, Tak-kim approaches Chui-lin and asks her to act as Kit-ying and accompany him home in a hope to speed up his aunt's recovery. As Chui-lin steps out of her place, she crosses paths with the real Kit-ying, who is running away from the police. The police wrongly identify Chui-lin as Kit-ying and arrest her, while Kit-ying returns home to the surprise of everybody, with Tak-kim the exception, insisting that she is Chui-lin. Her happy aunt immediately arranges for Kit-ying to marry Tak-kim. As the marriage is prepared, Tak-kim is at a loss of what to do. On the wedding day, Chui-lin appears, claiming herself to be Kit-ying. The confusion is only resolved when Chui-lin confesses to her real identity. (Extracted from the film brochure.)
