内容介绍 :	Cheung Si-ying meets a young woman Au Siu-ching and falls in love with her. However, Siu-ching admires a writer Kong Nam, and writes a letter to him asking for a date. Unbeknown to Siu-ching, Nam is in fact Si-ying. With Siu-ching occupying his whole heart, he has no mood to meet his fans. Rather , Siu-ching encounters Si-ying's friend Kong Sun-lun and mistaks him as Nam. Siu-ching invites Sun-lun to her apartment to give singing lessons. Because of his straitened circumstances, Sun-lun moves into Siu-ching's home. Siu-ching's sister, Suk-hing, is shocked to find Sun-lun living in the house. Suk-hing is in fact Sun-lun's lover but because he is poor, she is afraid to tell her father Chi-kim about him. After listening to Sun-lun's explanation, Suk-hing understands his plight. Meanwhile, Si-ying remains adamant about his courtship of Siu-ching. Acting as a rich man's son, Si-ying is invited by Chi-kim to stay in the house. Chi-kim favours a marriage between Si-ying and Siu-ching. But Siu-ching, who is still unaware that Si-ying is Nam, refuses to go through with the marriage. Eventually, Si-ying's disguise is seen through when his publisher comes to the house to discuss the copyright on his next novel. Discovering that Si-ying is Nam, Siu-ching gives her consent to marry him. Sun-lun also explains the masquerade to Chi-kim and his wife and tells them of his love for Suk-hing. The old couple gives consent to the marriages of the two daughters. (Extracted from the film novel.)
