内容介绍 :	There are rumours that Zhao Deming's husband Wang Shenxing is having an affair with a coquette named Yin Peilan. Shenxing even invites Peilan to turn up at Deming's birthday party. Unbeknownst to Deming, Peilan is in fact Deming's mother. After giving birth to Deming, Peilan abandons the family and eventually becomes a coquette. Shenxing does not want Deming to know Peilan is her mother. He therefore gives money to Peilan regularly on condition that she will seal her lips. Peilan decides to leave Hong Kong. Before her departure, she wants to attend Deming's birthday party so that she may see her for the last time. Keeping in the dark, Deming is angry to see Peilan turn up at her birthday party. She leaves Shenxing and runs away with Yang Zimei, the man who has long adored her. Peilan comes to Zimei's home and pleads with Deming not to repeat her mistake. Deming is moved and decides to return. At this time, Zimei and Shenxing arrive. Deming quickly hides herself, with Peilan covering her tracks . However, Shenxing sees the bag left behind by Deming. Peilan again covers up for Deming. The next day, Peilan returns the bag to Deming. Before she leaves dejectedly, she asks her daughter for a picture. (Based on viewing of the film .)
