内容介绍 :	A young romantic American Chinese falls for a dance hostess. Disregarding the opposition of his family, he is expelled from the house. Soon the dance hostess spends all the young man's fortune and dumps him. At this time, a young woman who is the man's "nominal wife", arrives in America and lives with the man's family. However, the family faces economic difficulties and the "nominal wife" has to work as a waitress in a restaurant. There she coincidentally meets the young man. When he loses his wallet and is unable to pay the bill, the woman helps him out and they become intimate. The girl recognises that the young man is in fact his fiance but she keeps this to herself. When he finally proposes to the woman, the woman asks that they meet in the family house. All is revealed during the meeting and the man has finally met his partner for life.
