内容介绍 :	Ng Lap-tak is a university student of promise. However, when his parents die, Lap-tak is cheated of his inheritance by his stepbrothers. His mind unbalanced by this deceit, Lap -tak delves into the world of organised crime. During his career as a master criminal, Lap-tak meets Yau Sap-ku, an undercover agent for the police. They fall in love. Later, Lap-tak is arrested and Sap-ku becomes pregnant with his child. Upon his release from prison, Lap-tak becomes friendly with the elderly professor, Sin Yan. Lap-tak craves the professor's young beautiful wife Lim Yin-heung, whom he rapes. Lim becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son. Lap-tak throws the baby into the river but it is saved by village woman Tung Sam-ku who sells the baby to a rich man, Chan Lo-kau. Heartbroken by the loss of her baby, Lim dies. At the same time, the professor dies after falling from a tall building. Lap-tak publishes the professor's writings and becomes rich. When Sap-ku turns up in search of Lap-tak, he casts her to the streets. Nearing death, Sap-ku entrusts her baby daughter to Lap-tak's servant. Later, Lap-tak is again put in jail for murdering. When he is released, his daughter, Kong-ngan, has become a popular performer craved after by Chan Lo-kau's adopted son. Unaware they are related, the young master Chan rapes Kong-ngan. When she is told the truth, Kong-ngan jumps to her death. Lap-tak meanwhile realises his great guilt and he jumps to his death in front of a train. ( Extracted from the film brochure.)
