内容介绍 :	Businessman Master Fong asks Detective Fung to investigate a robbery in his home. Fung suspects the culprit is Law Sun, the lover of Fong's daughter, Yee-man. However, he later discovers that Sun is also a detective, as well as a mechanic. Both men hence decide to work together. They find out that the real culprit is none other than Fong himself. Fong has been heavily in debt because of business losses. He tries to sell his wife's jewellery to pay off debts but his plot fails. Yee-man decides to help her father by agreeing to marry Leung Fo, the son of a banker, who will pay $60000 if the marriage goes through. The servant, Ah To, learns of the deal and informs Sun, who has been promoted to manager. He decides to pay off Yee-man's debts . Fo is about to announce the marriage on the bank's third anniversary celebration when he is stopped from doing so by his father. Fong also realises his mistake and decides to mortgage his property to pay his own debts. Sun and Yee-man finally become husband and wife. (Extracted from the film novel.)
