内容介绍 :	Wing Lok Chun is an opera troupe that is going downhill. Its leading actor, Kiddy Wing, is a gambler; the leading clown actor, Slacker Kam, is a drug addict; and the leading actress, Bik-lin, has a fiery temper. The three main performers are so unreliable that they miss performances even when the troupe manager has secured dates for their shows at Manager Wong's theatre. One day, while the troupe is chitchatting at a restaurant, the manager Sees Manager Wong and his goddaughter Yuet-kuen having lunch there. Slacker Kam Sees Yuet-kuen and falls in love with her at first sight. He pleads the troupe manager to ask her out on his behalf. Yuet-kuen agrees but when Manager Wong learns of this, he fires Yuet-kuen because he has always had a lascivious desire for his goddaughter. Thus, Yuet-kuen Seeks work at the Wing Lok Chun Troupe. With her assistance, Slacker Kam kicks off his addiction. And unwilling to See the troupe going downhill, Kiddy Wing also stops gambling and proposes to Bik-lin. On the wedding night, Kiddy Wing takes up the habit again, forcing Bik-lin to leave him . This is the final blow to Kiddy Wing, who now resolves to break his addiction to gambling. In order to help Slacker Kam kick off his addiction again, Kiddy Wing pretends to be in love with Yuet-kuen. This makes Slacker Kam jealous. He decides to kill himself by taking poison, only that the poison is in fact a potion to cure smoking addiction. Finally, both Kiddy Wing and Slacker Kam successfully break their bad habits. Bik-lin returns to Kiddy Wing, and the Wing Lok Chun Troupe once again gets off to a flying start. (Extracted from the film novel.)
