内容介绍 :	Tak and Pik-yuk are lovers. As Pik-yuk's parents are greedy of gain, they betroth Pik-yuk to Tak's good friend, Tin-mui. Tak is disappointed and withdraws. Tin-mui's younger brother, Tin-chung, spends without restraint. He has used up all the property that is distributed to him , and still has a fancy for his brother's property. Mui and Pik-yuk have a son called Leung-on and a daughter called Leung-ying. Tak fails in his business and is badly off. Everyday he dispels his sorrow by getting drunk. His second wife is a shrewish woman. She always maltreats Little Tak, her step-son. Mui meets Tak again and knows that he is dejected. So he asks Tak to work in his company. Mui has a serious illness. Before he died, he gives all the property to Pik-yuk and asked Tak to help her. As Chung cannot get anything, he nurses hatred in his heart. Chung and Sin carry on a clandestine love and is exposed by Tak. Chung kills Tak. Sin leaves Little Tak and lives with Chung. Pik-yuk takes care of Little Tak. When Little Tak grows up, he falls in love with Leung-ying. Leung-on always bullies Tak out of hostility. Chung stirs up Leung-on to do harm to Little Tak. Leung-on wants to kill Little Tak but is killed by mistake in return. Leung-ying thinks that Little Tak has killed his brother. She marries Little Tak in order to find a chance to take revenge. However, she cannot bear to kill Little Tak. Chung tries to kill both Little Tak and Ying himself. Luckily, Sin arrives and informs the police. Chung shoots Sin. Sin discloses the wickedness of Chung before she dies. At last, Chung is put under arrest.
