After three years, Kong's martial arts is not quite up to scratch, but being too eager to exact vengeance, he leaves with the fellow disciples, brother and sister Sek Lung and Sek Ying. On returning home, Kong learns that his mother has died at the hands of Fu. Rushing to the Lee residence, Kong seeks to kill Fu but is outnumbered and wounded. Kong hides in the home of the Seks . On the journey home, the Seks help Lee Bik-neung and her mother against a band of bandits. The two women come from a distinguished family of high officials and Bik-neung has been learning the arts since her childhood. Bik-neung's father is Lee Chun-fat, a corrupt minister who had banished his own wife and daughter as both entreated him to repent. It turns out that the Sek patriarch had once been a minister at court. Because of his disapproval over Chun-fat's corrupt ways that have done the people so much harms, the Sek patriarch spoke out against Chun-fat. In retaliation, Sek was put in jail and subsequently lost his eyesight. He now promises Madam Lee that once vengeance is exacted, Bik-neung and Lung would be joined in marriage. At the time Chun-fat has resigned and lives in his nephew Fu's home, while his son Lee Cheung is inheriting his position. The Seks, Kong, and Bik-neung arrive to exact their revenge. Lee Cheung is killed mistakenly . The heroes are surrounded; Lung loses his vigilance and is captured. Kong breaks into the prison compound to release Lung. Having lost his son, a remorseful Chun-fat suffers an attack of conscience. Lung and Kong pursue their archenemies, joining hands to relentlessly attack the enemy.
