内容介绍 :	Ma Lun-tai is very greedy. He takes two younger brothers to Rainbow Village to assume office as county official. On the way, the youngest brother , Lun-cheung, leaves and wants to explore the world. When Tai and younger brother Lun-kui arrive Rainbow Village, they are surprised to find out that the villagers are honest and nice. They do not fight, lie and cheat. This is because the premier's wife teaches the villagers and upholds justice. However, Tai thinks that they are only repressing and hiding their true evil desires. He says that in seven days' time, Rainbow Village will be filled with various crimes. Tai dopes the wine. After drinking the wine, the villagers become evil. There are disputes in casinos and whorehouses. Tai makes money from the situation.Cheung meets Chi Wan. Wan is the niece of the premier's wife. Wan and Cheung fall in love with each other. Cheung wants to give Wan engagement present. He asks Wan's best friend Heung for assistance. However, this makes Wan and Heung's lover misunderstand. When Heung has explained everything, Cheung has already disappeared. Wan pines to illness. The premier's wife announces that whoever gives the present to Wan can marry her. Ma's brothers appear. After public trial, Cheung and Wan can finally be together. Ma's brother want to destroy the harmony of the village, but they are moved by the villager's sincerity and become good men.
