内容介绍 :	Chan Pak-ho, a former senior government official of the Nationalist Party, becomes an unscrupulous businessman living a life of luxury and debauchery. Apart from a wife and a mistress, he keeps another love nest. His son Kar-suen is a philanderer and a gambler, while his mistress, Lan-na , has a secret affair with his secretary, Leung Yat-shan. All parties are harbouring sinister designs. Pok-no establishes a company with Yat-shan as manager. One day, Pak-ho's cousin, Yeung Yu-ting, returns from the United States with his entire savings. Pak-ho persuades him to invest in his company. Yu-ting's son advises against the move, telling his father that Pak-ho is unscrupulous, but to no avail. Pak-ho's business fails. Yat- shan connives to make Yu-ting the managing director of the company so that he brings in more money. Encouraged by Pak-ho and Yat-shan, Yu-ting foolishly invests his whole fortune into the company. Pak-ho, however, invests the funds in a business in South America which is owned by his corrupt associate, Mr Sit. In fact, Mr Sit is also cheating Pak-ho.When the business collapses, Pak-ho turns to his family for help but discovers that Lan- na is preparing to run off with Yat-shan, while his son Kar-suen owes a mountain of debts through misusing company funds. At this point, Yu-ting and the other investors turn up at Pak-ho's mansion to demand their money back . Yat-shan exposes Pak-ho's fraud. During a struggle, Pak-ho shoots Yat-shan and knocks out Yu-ting. He is is chased up the roof and on seeing the game is up, jumps to his death. (Based on viewing of the film.)
