内容介绍 :	The story takes place during the 60s and 70s in Hong Kong. Mei-po Chan, daughter of a wealthy Singaporean businessman, visits Hong Kong for vacation. Mei-po's life has been dull and uneventful since she is under the watchful eyes of her aunt and cannot go any place without her aunt's permission. One day, she disguises as a worker and goes out with the servant Hoi. She makes acquaintance with Chow Tin-lun, a young man who makes his living by selling flowers. Mei-po and Tin-lun are fond of each other. Mei-po often disguises herself and evades the watchful eyes of her chaperon, pretending to be a poor girl to date Tin-lun . Unfortunately the romance is discovered by Mei-po's mother, who tries to dissuade Tin-lun to discontinue the relationship with Mei-po based on the difference of their social status. Hurt and humiliated, Tin-lun discontinues his love for Mei-po . Mei-po is heartbroken, and to complicate matters further, it is found that Tin-lun is actually the son of Mrs. Chan, while Mei-po is the adopted child from a poor family. Their identities have been wrongly placed after birth . Finally, the two manage to overcome the hurdle of social status and marry each other.
