内容介绍 :	Ling Chi Kin loves Chau Fung a lot. However, Kin's father wants him to marry his cousin Fun in order to get political privileges. Kin's father even goes to the town to force Fung to leave Kin. He takes away Fung's son, Siu Man , and Fung is forced to abide. Kin receives Fung's letter in suspicion and he decides to go and find Fung. Fung becomes very ill in desperation. In order to earn a living, her friend Yee-fong helps Fung by writing for newspapers. However , his opinions provoke Viceroy Yau and he is beaten up. Without the bread-earner, Hoi-tong and Fung sing in the street. They meet Kin by chance and Fung and Kin reunite with happiness. Fung and Fun have come to reconciliation that Fung will go back to Lings' house as concubine. Although Fung is humiliated by Fun, she bears everything. Fun tries her best to separate them by sending Kin to work in countryside for a month. During the period, Fung is treated badly and Fun even pushes her into the river. Fortunately Tong and Fong pass by and save Fung. With their help, Fung scares Fun to death by wearing ghost costumes. When Kin comes back he discovers that Fung has disappeared and he goes out to search for Fung. He meets Fung and Fung tells him the truth. They move out of Lings' house. The property of Lings is confiscated because Fun was killed. Ling becomes a beggar. One day he begs at Kin's house and he admits his fault. The family reunites and lives happily together.
