内容介绍 :	Monk Tong, a Buddhist monk of the Tang dynasty, and his three disciples go to the west to get Buddhist books. On their way, they meet Banana Spirit and Fairy of Flowers, who have both disguised themselves as ordinary people. The two Spirits plan to kill Monk Tong and his three disciples. Monk Tong drives his disciple Monkey away after refusing to listen to his advice. This leaves the three of them. Monk Tong is first being forced into marriage by Hen Spirit and Snake Spirit; later he and his disciples are kidnapped by Banana Spirit and Fairy of Flowers. After Monkey is informed by Goddess of Mercy about Monk Tong's situation, he returns to rescue the three of them. In their flight, however, Monkey and Monk Tong have carelessly inhaled some drugs and fallen into a coma. Hen Spirit and her partner have originally invited Snow Devil to take revenge on Fairy of Flowers and her partner. But as they fear that Monkey may possess enormous ability, they thus co-operate with the other three Spirits to catch Monk Tong. Monk Tong is finally caught by the five Spirits and is hidden in the Snow Mountain. Goddess of Mercy uses her sacred water to bring Monkey to consciousness and sends Red Shoes Child to the Snow Mountain with Monkey. Red Shoes Child belongs to fire, while the Snow Mountain belongs to ice. Thus, Red Shoes Child (fire) is able to subdue the Snow Mountain (ice). Fairy of Flowers and others are no match to Monkey and are all struck back to their original form. Monk Tong and his disciples can then continue their journey.
