内容介绍 :	Cheung Chun departs from home and goes to Hong Kong to look for job opportunities, leaving his mother, wife Lee Yuk- lin, and two children behind. Four years go by. Chun is discontented that he is still an electrical mechanic. He thinks that there is no future for him. He tells himself that if ever there is a chance for him to make a fortune, he will do whatever it takes to achieve it. Chun meets a wealthy man, Lo Fu Yau, during an assignment. Yau admires Chun's diligence and gives him the contract to renovate the wiring of his house. Chun encounters Yau's only daughter, Yuk-fong . Chun exerts a lot of effort courting Fong. The two develop a relationship very quickly and they even talk about marriage. Chun stops writing letters home. He even returns the letters from home. Chun's mother dies. Lin takes the two children with her and comes to Hong Kong to look for Chun. Lin visits the electrical shop and is told that Chun has left Hong Kong. Chun and Fong get married, and Chun becomes the manager of Yau's company. Lin finds a job as a maid in Chan's family. As it turns out, Fong is a friend of the Chan family. One day, the Chans organise a gathering and Lin meets Chun. She cries out before Chun but he refuses to recognize her. Lin is so depressed that she runs away from the house. Yau suspects that Chun is lying and asks Chun to tell the truth. Chun has to admit that Lin is his wife . Fong is furious and kicks Chun out of the house. Chun knows that he has done wrong and begs Lin to forgive him. The couple finally reunite.
