内容介绍 :	Fong Chi-hung finds that his wife Cheung Mei- lan has been going out in the night lately, and does not come home to sleep until dawn. Hung asks his wife for her reason, but Cheung denies she even goes out at all. Hung decides to hire detective Chan Siu-po to look into the matter. Po has always wanted to be a detective, and decides to take over Hung's case. However, Po knows nothing about being a detective, and causes many jokes. Po's good friend Pao Chong meets a young woman at a nightclub, and that is love at first sight. Pao finds the woman rather mysterious, he also asks Po to assist and find out more about Cheung. So happens the woman is Cheung, who is Hung's wife. Pao does not believe, so he pays off the maid at home to infiltrate into Fong's house to be close to Cheung. Cheung cannot recognize Pao when she sees him, and she passes out. When Pao tries to save Cheung, Hung happens to come home and mistakes that something is going on between the two. He wants a divorce. Cheung's parents tells Hung that she is suffering from a hereditary psychiatric disorder, and they are concerned that Cheung's case may develop into a real sickness. They ask Hung to remain calm and help cure Cheung. They recommend Hung to find and lease another place for Cheung to live, so as to facilitate her recovery. Hung agrees. That is seen by Pao and Pao mistakes Hung as having an affair with another woman. He hires Po to investigate. Po and Pao stake out in the new place where Cheung lives, and wait to collect evidence of Hung's affair. Bo accidentally helps his brother to crack a drug syndicate, and helps Cheung to cure her disease. Po finally becomes a real detective.
