内容介绍 :	Cheung Yee , Yim Hung, and their daughter have a comfortable family. However, after Cheung's mother, his brother Cheung Ping, his brother's wife, and their two sons have moved from the countryside to Hong Kong to live with them, Cheung Yee has to take up the burden of all the eight family members and becomes unable to make ends met. In order to generate more income, Yim Hung works as a salesgirl on the street. Cheung's mother has a feudalistic mind. Not only is she unthankful to Yee Hung, but is also discontented with her working in the public. Cheung Yee is fired. Three months have passed but he still cannot find a job. He even pawns his wedding ring. Now the family burden is taken up by Yim Hung alone. But Yim Hung has no complaint. This day, Cheung Ping's elder son gets his leg wounded. Yim Hung employs a doctor to treat him with Western medicine. On the other hand, Cheung's mother employs a doctor practicing Chinese medicine. The boy finally dies on maltreatment. Cheung's mother puts the blame on Yim Hung and expels her from the house. Cheung Yee is too filial to resist his mother and he has to meet Yim Hung secretly. Cheung Ping's wife borrows a large amount of money to bury her son. In order to help her sister-in -law, Yim Hung sells her blood to pay the debt. This moves Cheung's mother who is ultimately knows that she is wrong. Cheung Yee finds a job and the family lives happily together again.
