内容介绍 :	Hong Kong is a place of prosperity as well as dirt and poverty. The rat epidemic starts from the shantytown. Initially the children in the shantytown are bitten by rats that spread the virus. Attention is not caught until a substantial number of people are infected. The Health Department arranges the annihilation of rats and announces that the region is still far from the epidemic phase. The number of people infected is increasing. A special committee is set up to study the patients' syndromes and produce the vaccine. Hong Kong is announced as an epidemic city and citizens are persuaded to take the vaccine syringe. The epidemic spreads rapidly whilst patients die one after one. The city becomes a mess: some citizens try to heal with incantations; there is a panic buying of food; some take advantage of the occasion to earn enormous profits; the airport is sealed and factories closed... everywhere is full of panic like a dead city. With no alternatives, the infectious patients are put into concentration camp for healing. At last, a female physician invents a specific vaccine and Hong Kong is reborn from darkness.
