内容介绍 :	Kit-bing and Kit-fong are sisters and they come from a rich family. Kit -fong's mind is set on marrying a young and rich man called Yat-ming. But Kit-fong loves a poor teacher called Chi-man. Their father is snobbish and money-minded. Yat-ming introduces a rich man to Kit-fong , in order to persuade Kit's father to buy a share in his business. But Kit-fong rejects any suitors. Her father is angered and he ousts his daughter. Kit-fong has no choice but to take a short stay in the home of Chi -man. In fact, Yat-ming has already squandered his family's fortune. Having gotten the investment money from Kit's father, it's natural that he spends it on gambling and whoring. After he marries Kit-bing, he even seduces the maid at home and fools around. At the end, having cheated all the property of Kit's father, he expels his wife and father-in-law. Kit-fong and Chi-man devote themselves in teaching. Although they are barred from teaching by Kit' father , resulting in the closing down of the school, they are by no means discouraged. Chi-man ultimately wins the appreciation of the education circle. As for Kit-fong, she is invited to take up radio broadcasting. Their life is remarkably improved. When they find that Kit-bing is having trouble, they forget the past. They demand the property of Kit's father from Yat-ming. Kit's father and Kit-bing can ultimately stay at their former residence. Kit-fong and Chi-man marriage is pending.
