内容介绍 : In the time King Suen of Han Dynasty, an ordinary girl, So Kam-ting, is made the empress because of her contributions to the country. Queen Cheung and Imperial concubine Miu become East Queen (the mother of the crown prince) and West Queen (imperial concubine of the highest rank). Imperial concubine Miu can 't take it and plans to harm So. So is pregnant and Miu arranges for So to be framed for putting a picture under the emperor's bed, intending to curse him. Besides, Miu says that So is not carrying the emperor's baby. The emperor believes Miu and imprisons So. So gives birth to a baby boy, but the emperor orders them killed. Fortunately, the emperor's brother-in-law, Cheung Yam, is willing to sacrifice his son in order to save the prince; Lee Kam- ting, a servant girl, is also willing to die for her master. So and her baby keep their lives. So goes to Tin Chai Temple and the prince is taken away by a supernatural being in the form of a white tiger. Then he is adopted by the Fu family, and named Fu King-man. Sixteen years later, King-man's adoptive parents are killed in a fire. He becomes a beggar. Luckily, he gets some money and can go to attend the palace examination. As expected , he becomes the Number One Scholar. At the same time, Cheung Yam discovers that he is the prince. King-man realises the truth and goes to Tin Chai Temple to meet his mother. Miu sends someone to burn down the temple, but So and King-man are saved by the supernatural being. Miu rises in rebellion; the emperor flees and then he meets King-man. He feels so happy that King-man is his son. King-man puts him to shame but finally the family is together again.
