内容介绍 :	Truck driver Tong Chi-ming knows his place and he tries hard to save money to buy a flat. When his family is fitting out the flat, people from the decoration company make trouble. "Tin Opener", Mrs Jane Tong's friend, settles the incident. "Tin Opener" encourages Jane to speculate in foreign exchange. Jane makes some profit at the beginning, but then loses a lot and goes deeply into debt . "Tin Opener" takes Jane to Big Brother Man's loan company to borrow money. Jane cannot return the money when the time is due. "Tin Opener" then instigates Jane to work as a prostitute to pay the debt. In the meantime, Man takes a fancy to Tong's sister and wants Jane to induce her to have sex with him. Jane refuses. Man sends people to rape Jane and makes a film of it. Jane is scared and compromises. Luckily, Tong's sister escapes. The whole incident has been exposed. Tong's sister leaves home. Tong and Jane are having a cold war. Tong intends to sell the truck to pay Jane's debt, but the money is not even enough to pay the interest. Man sends people to burn Tong's flat. Jane dies and their son is badly injured. Tong goes crazy and takes revenge on Man. They both suffer. Because of the loan shark, a happy family is shattered.
