内容介绍 :	Based on the legend of the faithful wife who waits for her husband till eternity and thus turns into a rock at the top of a mountain, this film stars Wong Man-lei as a rich woman who loves the poor Kwong Shan-siu. Wong's father staunchly opposes their marriage and plans to have Kwong killed. Kwong is lucky to escape. The two lovers finally manage to get together and make a life of their own, despite grinding poverty. Later, Kwong leaves on a business journey and is seduced by other women. His departure appears permanent but his faithful wife continues to wait for him. Kwong becomes remorseful and returns home, only to find out that his wife has died from a broken heart.
