内容介绍 :	Wong Lung (Sun Liang-chau) is the son of county chief Wong Ying-man. He is perceived as a weak and effeminate scholar. Although he loves Chan Sau-lan from the next village (their parents have, in fact, made arrangements for them to marry), Sau-lan actually loathes Long. She admires the 'Fantastic Knight of the Plum Bloo som who helps the poor to fight against tyrants. Luk Tsi-ho is the local tyrant who desires Sau-lan. One day, he enters Sau-lan's boudoir when her father is absent from home and tries to rape her. Sau-lan is saved by the Knight of the Plum Bloosom. Luk already harbours a vendetta against the Kmightwhen the latter obstructed his plan to sell off government land. Now Luk suspects that Sau-lan's father, Chan Tat-man, is in league with the Knight. He captures Chan and tortures him, forcing him to reveal the real identity of the Knight. Sau-lan agrees to be the wife of the Knight if he can rescue her fathe. He comes through with flying colours, saving both father and daughter from the clutches of the tyrant. At last the Knight reveals his identity. He is none other than Wong Lung.
