内容介绍 :	The story takes place in Hong Kong in the mid-seventies. Sau-king, who lives in poverty, works secretly as a prostitute to support the family and pays her husband's medical bills. When her husband finds out, he commits suicide by poisoning himself together with their four children. Sau-king then also kills herself. The call-girl, Tsui-tsui, is pregnant by her former boss, George Wong. She gives birth one day while at the toilet. The baby dies and she is charged with murder . Tsui-tsui then escapes and indirectly causes her grandma's death. Then she kills George Wong. There is no way out for her. Shao Fong, a teenager, is raped by a thug called Di Lang, then is detained, beaten and forced into prostitution. When Di Lang betrays his boss, Shao Fong is also punished. Whether she can live or not is uncertain. Cilla sells her body to save money so as to marry her boyfriend Johnny, but Johnny runs away with all her savings instead. Cilla's neighbour, Chih Sheng, is in love with her. Not wanting to see her suffer, he volunteers to marry her. Liza is a call-girl who serves rich and important clients. She plans to marry Philip, who comes from a rich family. But it turns out that Philip's father was once Liza's client. When Philip finds out, he humiliates Liza, who can do nothing but leave.
