内容介绍 :	Inspector Lau Ching-man witnesses the suicide of his best friend, Ho Wai-ming, and begins to feel very confused. He breaks up with his girlfriend, Madam Lau, and moves to a new apartment. His neighbour is Yip Hiu -tung, a young and simple-minded single parent who works in a hair salon. After being cheated by Johnny, a man whom Hiu-tung thought could be a good husband to her, she reports the case to the police and meets Ching- man. When her father passes away, she decides to behave well again and finds a job as an agent in a car company. Through learning from Ching-man about cars, they begin to establish a good relationship. When Hiu-tung goes out with Ching-man, she meets Madam Lau, who pretends that she is Ching-man's present girl friend. Hiu-tung is upset and refuses to date him. At this time her ex-husband shows up, after disappearing for three years. He wants to reunite with Hiu-tung and her son, Baby. Hiu-tung realises that she has learnt what love and dignity are and tells her husband that she has to say goodbye to him. During Ching-man's absence, she is very emotional and yells at her son. This scares the little boy so he leaves home with his dog. Hiu-tung and Ching-man go crazy. Luckily they find Baby on a stormy night. Hiu-tung brings Ching-man to the roof where she draws a picture that reveals her inner feelings. They stay together overnight but the next day, when Baby sees Ching-man in the bathroom, Ching-man runs away. This breaks Hiu-tung's heart and she plans to go on a vacation. Ching-man thinks she is emigrating and runs after her. He explains the reason he did not show up for a few days was to think of the best way to make the proposal. Hiu-tung eventually agrees to marry him.
