内容介绍 :	Emperor Ham Fung is a playboy who neglects his duties to indulge in pleasures with Han girls. Anxious, his wife Empress Hau Ching chooses a Manchurian concubine for him. This girl, named Lan, soon wins over the emperor's heart. Later, Lan meets a Han girl, Cho Ying, who has sneaked into the palace to try to meet the emperor. She learns that Cho Ying is carrying the emperor's baby. Lan comes up with a plan to fake pregnancy and to claim Cho Ying's baby for her own. The baby grows up to be Emperor Tung Chi. Much later, Emperor Ham Fung is on his death bed. He lets it be known that Tung Chi is to succeed him but the inner circle plots against Tung Chi. However, Lan succeeds in her schemes to make Tung Chi the emperor. She becomes Empress Dowager, Chi Hei.
