内容介绍 :	Tang Wan -tung, the son of a Southeast Asian Sultan, lives in Hong Kong in the Sixties. He is a student at Pui Shi Secondary School and no one knows about his background except his guardian, Uncle Mui. Tang is handsome and generous, which wins him the name of "student prince". Tang is organising a variety show for the embassy. Having heard that Lai Tsi-king, the most beautiful girl in the neighbouring school, has a lovely voice, he plans to invite her to perform in the show. But then it ruins Lai's chance of studying music abroad. Lai's parents want Lai to marry Tung Fook-si, the son of a snobbish wealthy merchant. Lai asks Tang to act for her parents like a prince courting her. Her parents are convinced , but Tung is not fooled. Lai is grounded. Tang smuggles Lai out to perform in the embassy. Lai's performance earns her a chance to study overseas, but Lai's parents will not hear of it. Tang pawns his father's expensive diamond ring to help Lai pay the fare. Tung also tries to borrow money from his father, but is refused. Tung also takes his father's diamond ring and tries to sell it at a jewellery shop. Tung's father alerts the police. It turns out that the rings pawned and sold by Tang and Tung respectively look exactly the same. The police think Tang has stolen the diamond ring, but Uncle Mui appears in time to tell the truth. Then Tung is arrested and Tang and Lai have a happy ending.
