内容介绍 :	The acrobat Jin Hu and the leading actress Xue Lihong used to be lovers but Xue is compelled to marry Ma Xiaotian who has raped her. Still, Hong is enraged to learn that a teahouse-singer Little Lotus is in love with Hu. She persuades Lotus's father to betroth Lotus to local despot Huang Jiabao. Huang's wife intervenes. Jin and Lotus tie the marriage knot against all odds. Before Hong has time to hatch another plot, Tian dedicates a cup of poisonous wine to Hu during his wedding banquet. Not knowing the fact, Hu let Hong have the wine. As for Hong, she dies from mistakenly consuming the poisonous wine meant for Hu.
