内容介绍 :	The theme of the movie is to expose manipulation of horse-racing result and poisoning horses in the horse-racing circle in Hong Kong. Justice is maintained with the intervention by the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC) . The movie came out immediately following the news of ICAC's successful investigation into the manipulation of horse-racing result. Yan and Shing are the sons of an experienced horse-trainer Jiang. Yan owns a stable but he is in debt for gambling; Shing longs for being a horse-racer but he is made fool of by Lau Fai, who is a powerful person in the horse-racing cirlce. On the other hand, Lau Fai always oppresses Yan in order to make him give up his stable. Konghas cooperated with Lau Fai in poisoning horses in the past. Therefore, Konguses this as a threat to force Lau Fai to leave Yan alone. However, Kongfalls and dies accidentally during the argument. Biu Ma is a horse-training expert. He is a good friend of Jiang. He has retired and lives in Brazil. Because of the invitation by ICAC, he comes back to Hong Kong to investigate manipulation of horse-racing result. Meanwhile, he assists Yan to win championship in horse-racing. Having collected sufficient evidence , Lau Fai is arrested finally.
