内容介绍 :	In 1898, there has been a drought in Shandong. A great number of refugees have poured into Shanghai. Ma Wing-ching and his elder brother also step into this dazzling world. At that time, Shanghai has two opposite powers: one is Tam Sei, who is supported by the British; one is Yeung Sheung, who is related to the police. Ching works at the dock as a coolie. He meets Tam. Tam admires Ching's talent in martial arts, but Ching wants to achieve something in Shanghai on his own. Ching slips into "Yat Wu Chun" in order to gain experience . At the same time, Yeung's subordinates come to seize the domain. Ching comes forward and beats them down. Yeung makes an apology but he wants to kill Tam actually. Ching saves Tam again. Tam let Ching to manage "Yat Wu Chun". Ching seizes "Kwan Fook Li" and several domains of Yeung successively. He finally stands out in Shanghai. Yeung is resentful; he makes use of Yim Yeung-tien to drive a wedge between Ching and Tam. He also plans to eradicate Ching. Tam learns the news and comes in a hurry. He is framed to jail because of killing a foreigner. Kam Ling-tze saves Ching and Ching finds that she is his real love. Ching exposes that Yeung's subordinate is the real murderer in front of the foreigners and saves Tam. They counter with Yeung. Both Tam and Yeung die. Ching has seen through fame and wealth, and he starts a simple life with Ling.
