内容介绍 :	Boatman Wu Bing is unable to pay back money borrowed from local bully Kwan Sing-man. He gives up his maritime transport business, Bing's collateral to Kwan. In order to use Bing's as a base for smuggling, Kwan orders his underling Wu Wai to sow discord in the company. Foreman Lau Tai-wai and his good friend Sun Man become suspicious of each other as Tai-wai suspects that Sun Man is having an affair with his wife, Ching- han, when in fact, Sun Man is in love with Tai-wai's sister, Ah Ying. After a quarrel, which leads to Ching-han having a miscarriage, the two friends split. A disheartened Sun Man now falls in with Kwan Sing- man and Wu Wai in their smuggling activities. As for Tai-wai, he is in debt in Kwan Sing-man and because of pressure, he plans to steal the smuggled goods as revenge. Ching-han learns of this plan and asks Ah Ying to talk to Sun Man. However, Sun Man rebuffs Ah Ying but he has secretly informed the police by using the name of Tai-wai and succeeds in having Kwan Sing-man and his smuggling clique arrested by the authorities. Tai-wai is reconciled with Sun Man and they become friends again. Though Sun Man has to serve time in prison, Ah Ying resolves to wait for him.
