内容介绍 :	Third Madame's husband Lau Chi-yuen is called off to serve in the army. She is bullied and abused by her brother and sister-in-law and forced to give birth in the mill. Her brother and sister-in-law conspire to do away with Third Madame's son, fearing that he will inherit the family fortune. They throw the baby into the river but it is saved by a servant who brings up the child to adulthood. When Chi-yuen returns, he brings along another wife but does not forget Third Madame. The Lau family is reunited and the brother and sister-in-law get their comeuppance. (Based on newspaper advertisements.)
